Here is something which happens every day (night) but we don't really give attention. Dreams can tell us secrets, answers, even the future --- Ooo-la-lah:)
I'm too lazy to do it now, but in my high school years I wrote down my dreams every morning. A very interesting thing it is.
On the first week was very hard to wake up in time and remember about my dream(s). I could catch only small parts, moments and feelings what I was dreaming about. But I did not stop. I wrote in my notebook everything what I could remember. Every day I got better and better. It was like a memory training. Later I could track back my dreams until the beginning. Like I watch a movie backwards. First comes the freshest, last dream, then I figure out what had happened before that, and so on until the first dream-piece. Sometimes it was was a whole long story, other times 5-9 different episodes. I realized after a time that when I was more stressed (because of the stupid school) I had more short dreams. But when I was relaxed my brain created a big full story.
Dreams can be really funny and entertaining, can be scary or confusing. They can make sense but most of the time absolutely opposite, but they are always interesting and mysterious.
And they can be controlled!
As time passed, I learned that my memory improved a lot, I could dig deeper and deeper in my brain, fishing out lost information from the past. I realized that the so-called 'deja vu' is not something what happened before with us, but is something what we dreamed about before. So that could mean only one thing: sometimes we are dreaming about the future!
It would be too long to write all my experiences in this blog. Between Dec.1994 and Oct.2004 I collected 147 dreams of mine. Among these are 3 which came true.
The biggest success was the one which helped me through my math examination at the university. The point of the story is that 2 days before the exam I still wasn't ready for it... i learned about 50% of the whole book...not enough:) So when I went to sleep I made a self suggestion that I will dream about my math exam, I will wake up right after the dream and I will make a note about it. Everything happened just as planned:) When I woke up next morning I found a short ugly scrape in my notebook. Took me an hour to figure out the letters and the words:) (Just try to write something while you suddenly wake up from deep sleep. Really funny). So what I found was the title of theorem Nr.14 (from the list with 33 theorems)!!!
That day I only learned that one. Next day I went for the exam. I had to choose 1 from 33 upside down piece of papers each having 1 title on them. I picked Nr.14! Well done Viktor...I just smiled and made the best exam of my life:)
